How It Works

Clients can request a custom URL for On-Site OverSight℠ at any time from the start of service to 48 hours post-service, typically via SMS. This link grants access to the service photos and is valid for up to 30 days, allowing clients to review and download the images at their convenience.

Whether or not you use this service, all service photos are typically archived for up to 3 years on our secure in-house server. This ensures that there is always a record available should you need it in the future. While retrieval of photos within the first 90 days is free of charge, there may be a nominal retrieval fee for accessing photos beyondt 90-days.
